E.P.L Consultancy was born from a simple but persistent observation: Most organizations do not struggle because they lack vision, funding, or good people. They struggle because the systems that hold everything together are often fragmented, informal, or misaligned.

We started in the field, not in boardrooms

Over years of working across NGOs, public institutions, SMEs, investors, and private sector organizations, our founder repeatedly saw the same pattern. Organizations had strong missions and ambitious plans, yet performance lagged and accountability was unclear.

Key Insight: The problem was rarely effort. The problem was alignment.
